@Wayne-TP The live view, detection, notification, and storage functionalities on the hub are currently inoperative. Upon attempting to access the camera through the Tapo application, no response is observed. This issue persists across both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, despite all cameras functioning correctly just a few days prior. The underlying cause, potentially related to firmware discrepancies on either the cameras or the hub, remains undetermined. It is noted that one camera's firmware version is 1.4.2, while another is 1.4.1, and an attempted upgrade of the latter to 1.4.2 resulted in an error message. This upgrade attempt was made subsequent to the discovery of the camera malfunction. Furthermore, comprehensive troubleshooting steps, including a full reset of both cameras and the hub, followed by a reinstallation, have been performed without success.

It's possible that you're having the issue mentioned here: Tapo Camera/Video Feed Failure on Tapo H200 Hub: Live View & Recording Unavailable. Try the beta firmware, see if that helps.
