Correction problem

Every 2 week my camera requires a pan and tilt correction as it slowly drops.
Any ideas?

Hi,
What's your camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version? You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
Does the camera drop after each tracking? Or does it drop even when you pan & tilt it in the Tapo app and then tap the preset viewpoint?
