C325WD does not use ethernet.
I have a bunch of cameras. They all got configured and they can access wifi. I connected them with an ethernet cable too, but they don't use ethernet... what can I do? I was expecting them to use ethernet. Even when I cut the wifi signal, they won't use ethernet. This is so frustrating after having installed ethernet all over the place...

Hi,
Usually, if the Ethernet connection works, the camera (Tapo C325WB) will disconnect from Wi-Fi and connect to the internet via the Ethernet cable. For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please describe your network diagram. For example: internet cable — wireless router — switches — cameras, etc.
2. If the camera won't go to the internet through an Ethernet connection after connecting to an Ethernet cable, please disconnect the cable from the camera and connect it to a PC/laptop directly, then check if the PC/laptop has internet through the Ethernet cable. If so, what's the IP address on it?
Best Regards
