Hi. Can anyone help me

Can anyone suggest a work round.  I have a Tapo D210 doorbell and at the moment it is not working.  The problem is that Virgin Media have just upgraded my router as it was reported earlier as being unstable.. It now only works on 5g and not 2,4g. The reason for this is that the virgin mesh pods to extend the WiFi through my house will only work on 5g and they will not work if the router is split to 2.4g and 5G.  (Bit stupid if you ask me).

Is there anything that can be linked to my 5g router and transmit a signal at 2.4g whic my doorbell can log into to make it work

thanks

A network extension device like range extender or access point should work. To find out more, you can start discussions in the Home Network Community, or consult technical support.
