Loop recording
Loop recording not working. SD card constantly fills up, earlier recordings not deleted or recorded over. Product failure ?

Hi,
If the loop recording has stopped working, you can try to format the SD card manually after going to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page and tapping Format microSD Card. Then, wait for some time and check whether the Loop Recording feature works.

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card? Where did you purchase the SD card, such as from its official online store?
