Firmware solved
I bought the new Doorbell and hub H200 combination from Tapo online as I have had many items. The doorbell just wouldn't show video footage no matter how many times it was reinstalled as per instructions.
Finally over the weekend of the 15th March 2026, my complaint was escalated and chief engineer "Cliff", pushed through to my hub the latest firmware update for me to install.... it was installed and BOOM!
I had video from the doorbell immediately, rather than black screen and infinity icon going nowhere.
i emphasise my gratitude and knowledge of these engineers and if you have problems like this....
DO THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE AS I HAVE LISTED!!
