Hi,
There are some features related to the camera's viewpoint: 
  1) If you have a Tapo Pan & Tilt camera, on the camera's live view > Pan & Tilt page, you can add the preset viewpoints. After you tap a preset viewpoint, the camera will pan & tilt to that position.
  2) If the Pan & Tilt camera has enabled the Motion Tracking feature, the viewpoint where it starts tracking the event is the original position, and the camera will return to the original position if no new event is detected for 30 seconds after tracking.

If you want to change other default views, please provide the camera's model number and hardware, and describe the default viewpoint you are referring to for further assistance.
