Hi,
Is there a Wi-Fi jammer near the Tapo C210 so it disconnects from Wi-Fi frequently? If so, can you turn off or move the Wi-Fi jammer away from the camera and your router for a stable connection? Or you may purchase a camera that supports a wired (Ethernet) connection.

 

If this is not your case, please describe the phenomenon you are experiencing in detail for further assistance.
