Weather effecting camera lens on. C411
I've always used Tapo cameras but decided to try a solar one .
I've found that anything but good weather renders the camera useless you simply can't see anything through the lens so I'm thinking of returning it unless anyone has a cure

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot for better video quality.

If the same phenomenon persists, please send us the videos showing that the camera works fine in good weather and can't see anything in other weather. You can record videos on the camera's live view page, download them to your phone, upload them to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or to YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Best Regards

Hi,
Thank you for the photos and video. From the video, it appears that raindrops are stuck on the camera lens, preventing a clear view. Outdoor camera lenses are usually treated with a hydrophobic design to resist droplets. We recommend gently wiping the lens with a damp cloth or using isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue or foreign matter.
If the problem persists after cleaning, you can contact your retailer or our technical support team to check whether the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
