C211 poor video vs c211 v3
Why is c211 version 3 video is poor, blurry, less detailed compared to my c211 v2? New version should be better compared to older one..
Thinking of returning this to the store.
video settings and fps are set the same.

The video parameters for the Tapo C211 V3 and V2 are basically the same. If the video quality is poor when watching the Tapo C211 V3 live feed in the Tapo app, we suggest checking how many devices are simultaneously watching the camera's live feed. Try disconnecting other devices from the camera's live feed, restarting the camera, and using only your phone to watch the C211 V3 live feed to see if the video quality improves.
If the phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis:
1. What are the video quality settings for both cameras? Is the frame rate 15 fps for both?
2. What are the firmware versions of both cameras?
3. Please place both cameras in the same location, manually record videos on the two cameras' live view page in the Tapo app, download them to your phone, and then send them to us for analysis.
You can upload the videos to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
