App does not work/Aplicación no funciona
Hola a todos,
He comprado e instalado mi cámara Tapo, todo bien y lo he probado y funciona correctamente.
Sin embargo, hay un teléfono IOS en el que no me funciona la apps, al punto de que cuando hay que iniciar sesión o crear una cuenta, literalmente no me deja hacer nada, como si el táctil no funciona se, no única opción es cerrar la aplicación.
Pensé que podía ser cosas de IOS, pero en otro teléfono de la misma versión (ios 14), función perfectamente.
Alguien sabe alguna solución o ha tenido experiencias similares?
He seleccionado español pero no hay problema si respondéis en inglés.

1. What's the model number of the iOS phone that can't use the Tapo app, such as iPhone 13, iPhone 14, etc.?
2. Have you downloaded the Tapo app from the App Store on that iOS phone? What's the Tapo app version?
3. Please check if that iOS phone has enough space for the installed apps running.
4. Would you please use the Screen Recording feature on your iOS phone to record a video showing the reported phenomenon, then send it to us for further analysis? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
