Can C510W send snapshot or records to local ftp server instead of cloud?
Is there third party software for Windows PC (instead ISpy, DVR agent)?
Is there log file in the camera which I can read and how to find it?

Hi,
For your questions, please refer to the following information.
1. The Tapo C510W does not have the feature to store video recordings or snapshots to a local ftp server. It supports storing video recordings and snapshots to the inserted SD card or our cloud server.
2. If you want to install a third-party software on a Windows PC and use it to stream the Tapo C510W via RTSP/ONVIF, except for iSpy/Agent DVR, you can also try VLC, Blue Iris, ONVIF Device Manager, etc. You can search online to find more software that supports standard RTSP and ONVIF protocols and can be installed directly on Windows for camera viewing, recording, and management.
3. Update: You can refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log and be able to read it on your computer. Why do you want such a log file? If you encounter any problems when using the camera, please feel free to let us know.
