Several problems with Tapo C545D
Dear Friends, i am about to list my findings and please advise.
The 1st i want to mention is during calibration, the camera is making a strange somewhat loud noise like clutching when it reaches the full left and the full up(closed position). On the far right and down, seems like normal(no sounds).
The second i want to mention is that when i press on the fixed lens, the pt is pointing to a slight offset. Does the alignment takes under consideration the UP/Down tilt of the fixed camera? ( i had to tilt it all the way down because the camera is mounted on high above the ground balcony).
The third and worrying is that suddenly the PT spot lights stopped working. I did enable the smart night vision and after that they worked for several tries ( 3 or 4) and after that they never come on again. Even when i change the settings for the night vision (Fixed to only use IR , PT to use color which has to trigger the spotlights on), the camera changes into day mode but the spotlights wont light.
