For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for analysis.
1. What's your camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version? You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
2. Is the date & time on your camera's live view page correct? If so, please send us the date & time on your camera's live view page, and the corresponding date & time on your camera's playback.
3. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care plan or the video recordings stored on an SD card?
