Tapo D235 - Cannot view live camera feed when away from home using mobile data on phone
When at home on the home wifi we can access the doorbell camera live view, in other words communicate with the doorbell in real time.
However when we are away from home using mobile data on our phones (my wife has an Apple phone and I have Samsung) then we can no longer communicate live with the doorbell.
This started on Thursday the 3rd April.
When away from home we receive motion notifications OK still.
To make things even weirder, after about 25 minutes my Tapo app will connect to the doorbell live. My wifes will not at all.
After viewing the camera for 5 minutes on my mobile a message appears in the Tapo app asking me if I want to continue viewing. If I press continue then the waiting for connection animation appears and it can take 25 minutes again to reconnect and show a live camera view.
Has anybody else had this issue?
