Re: No recording on my Tapo camera TC47 with two 128gb sd cards
I have tried two Sd cards with specs according to your instructions based on the list with brands, series, capacity and description but all failed to format. The Sd cards are genuine and I bought it online from store with supplier 's warranty. The first card is SanDisk, 128gb High Endurance, V30, SDXC1. Since unable to format, I assume that it is unusable and fake and complained to Shopee and seller. I asked for refund because there is supplier warranty. After taking many videos and photos to prove that it was unable to use, they finally accepted to return it and now in the process to refund. Then I bought another sd card, the second one is KIngston, canvas select plus, 128gb, V10, A1, SDXC1 recently. However this card also failed to use and unable to format. I just do not know how to get a proper card. For your information, after failing to use these two new cards, I took one sd card that bought in 2023, 3 year ago which is a spare card for my car dashcam. This cheap card, SanDIsk, UHS-1 card 32 gb with just RM16.00 and bought 3 year ago,and it has not used before. I inserted this card into the camera and successfully formatted and can be used for recording. I am wondering why. However this 32 gb card is low in capacity and I really hope to replace it with 128 gb card but unable to do so. Could you please help.
