Hi,

If your Tapo camera is offline after a network change, you will need to reset and reconfigure the camera.

    1. Reset the camera: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

    2. Reconfigure the camera following the in-app instructions, or refer to the FAQ guides:How to Set Up Your Tapo Camera Using the Tapo App

    3. If set up fails, refer to the troubleshooting guide: Fail to configure Tapo Camera
