The key point to note is that the recording schedule and the notification schedule are separate settings.
Your current setup means:
The recording schedule is set from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, so recordings will only be saved during that time.
However, motion detection and notifications are still active outside of those hours, which is why you are receiving motion notifications but see no recordings in Playback.
If you do not want to receive notifications outside of the recording schedule, you will also need to configure a notification schedule.

Camera Settings → Notifications → Schedule, and set the notification time range to match your recording schedule (2:00 AM – 8:00 AM), or disable notifications outside your preferred hours.
Once both schedules are aligned, you should no longer receive notifications when no recordings are being saved.
