To help us narrow this down, could you please confirm whether you were performing this operation while your phone was connected to the same local network as the camera, or while accessing it remotely?

If possible, we also suggest trying the following:
1. Use a different network (for example, mobile data or another Wi‑Fi network);
2. Try the same steps on another device, such as a different phone or a tablet.

If the issue still occurs after these tests, please let us know the following information:
1. The phone model and OS;
2. The Tapo APP version.
