Cannot configure outdoor camera
I originally purchased my Cw520s camera about a year ago. At that time I was able to successfully configure the camera. Yesterday, the camera went off line and I was not able to connect to it. So, I reset the camera and again tried to reconfire the camera. I could NOT recofigure the camera. I tried several times tring to reconfigure the camera using several different devices such as my iPhone and several different tablets. Before each attempt, I turned bluetooth off and back on and I reset the camera and then tried to reconfigure the camera. I also tried connecting to the camera using etherenet or wireless. Absolutely none of the of the attempts to find the camera and reconfigure it were successful. Every attempt indicated that the camera could NOT be found.
Any suggestions to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
