Bought a week ago and has completely given up.

 

Will not reconnect, app will not let me reconfigure, I've tried to reset and will not work. I've removed from app to set up as a new device. Tried to set up as a new device on a new account and a different phone.

 

Doorbell has a white light stating it is working but is clearly not.

 

I let the battery drain thinking it just needed a full recharge for it to work that has made no difference.

 

I've done all the troubleshooting TAPO said to do and it still does not work.

1.Please reset your doorbell: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Doorbell

For most Tapo doorbells, a blinking red and green LED means the device is ready for setup.

3. If set up fails, refer to the troubleshooting guide: What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo devices

 

 If the problem persists, contact our customer service team and provide the results of the above troubleshooting steps, they will assist you with the next steps.
