D210 keeps going offline
D210 keeps going offline
Over the last week or more now my tapo d210 keeps going offline and randomly comes back at times before going offline again.
I have reset and reinstalled my d210 numerous times and have also checked the WiFi and rebooted the whole thing. After resetting both it will come back briefly sometimes for seconds other times will be a few hours then offline again. I have run speed checks on the WiFi, signal strength and have have been in touch with our provider and the WiFi is strong with now issues. Don't understand how it can be working one minute and then not the next. I can't keep resetting, rebooting and restarting my d210.
Anyone else have/had this and have a solution.

Have you already contacted our support team about this? Is this the result of their investigation? If not, I’d recommend reaching out to them directly for further assistance.
