Hello everyone,

 

I have two BE65 and two X1500, my internet provider is Deutsche Glasfaser.

I try to set up Wireguard, I follow the steps as described in the app. If I then turn on Wireguard, a connection to the router is established,

but I get nevertheless not on the Internet. Are there any settings in the app outside of Wireguard that I need to pay attention to?

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. Have you configured WireGuard VPN Server or Client on the Deco?
  2. Please list the troubleshooting you did.

Hi, so I would like to use the Deco as a Wireguard server. This works without any problems with my FB7690. With the Deco I have now tried everything I could find in terms of help on the Internet, but I just can't access the Internet when Wireguard is set up. Actually, the setup should be very easy, I even took the TP Link DDNS, but it just doesn't work. Maybe you should also think about a brewable browser interface for the decos.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.


  1. Are you successfully connecting to the WireGuard VPN server on the Deco from a remote PC, and the PC can access the Deco internal network but cannot access the internet? If not, please describe your network diagram in detail.
  2. On the Deco app > More > Internet Connection page, you can check the IPv4 address and please send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

  3. On the Deco app > More > VPN > your WireGuard VPN Server settings page, have you selected "Internet and Home Network" on the Client Access option?
