So I had two x20 v2 working fine. 

I used Parental Control for years and performance to allow/deny, add more minutes of screen time, etc, it started working painfully slow.

Until one day, they parental control became unusable slow.

So I set my sattelite deco as main unit, and switched them, and things went back to acceptable.

A few moths passed, and now the sattelite unit no longer connects.

Tried resetting it and re adding as satellite, but wasnt recognized. 

Pushed the reset a few more times, tried until green blinking (firmware re upload mode)... So I rolled back its firmware to the version thats available online, but still I'm not being able to add as satellite.

Also tried to set up as a new deco network, still not being recognized by the app. All devices are within 1 meter of each other. 

The device blinks blue, but it shows two DECO_xxxxx networks on the phone. Neither of those matches the value from the sticker, for example the sticker says DECO_210C but the two networks visible show something like DECO_AADB and DECO_11FB. These values keep changing after some minutes and both are generated by the faulty unit.


What should I try next?

Hi,
Please ensure there are no other Deco units in your house. If so, turn them off when troubleshooting.
Press and hold the reset button on the problematic Deco X20 for 1 second to perform a factory reset. If the Deco does not respond to the reset operation, or the LED returns flashing blue but the default SSID does not appear, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check whether your Deco is under warranty.
