Please launch this for Windows 11 - possibly as a app?

The local smart actions finally work with the L535E after the latest firmware update!

But only for a few hours and then they revert back to cloud actions! Can you fix this please?

Hi.

Just wondering how I access the new shortcut templates? There are a few features I can see on the Smart action 2.0 graphics which I just don't see on my app.

The 20 + smart action templates, shortcuts quick control, the "recommended" tab when in the smart section to name a few.

My app is version 3.4.512 running on Android and my devices include several P100 plugs, L535 bulbs, temperature/ humidity sensors, camera, door bell and H200 hub.

Am I missing something?

Thanks.

Force close and re-open the App if smart action 2.0 features are not available on your tapo 3.4.512 version.

Hi. This did not work for me @Wayne-TP

Hi alextsi

I have the same issue. Did you do anything prior to it appearing. i've force stopped the app as sugested and cleared the cache but nothing has changed for me.

You mention that you cleared the app storage? did this not delete all of your automations and short cuts?

thanks.

Chris.

@ChrisP-1

You can even uninstall the whole app and reinstall it and everything will be back. Everything is saved in the cloud.

Bonjour

J'avais le même problème. Résolu après désinstallation/ réinstallation de l'application tapo ET redémarrage du téléphone.

Hi @aroedl  @Ofope That's really helpful. I didn't know all my automation/  shortcut settings would remain intact. I've now delayed all the app data and the Smart Action functions are now showing. I thought I may have to make notes of all my settings before a re-install. Very good to know. Many thanks for the help both of you 👍

@Chris-P

Since the TP-Link/Tapo support obviously doesn't know their own products, it's on us customers to help each other.

Tp-link has about 20.000 employees and if only 10% would use their own products, we wouldn't find one bug after another. Those obvious bugs that should never make it to the customer.
