c100 night vision no good
I have C100 and C200. The C200 works well with ir led at night. But the C100 with the ir led lights on is not visible. Why?

Hello, sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean the IR LED is not on when in Night Mode? Please ensure the camera is running the latest firmware and your Tapo app version is up-to-date.
Then try to switch between Day Mode and Night Mode multiple times and check again if the IR LED will be on.
If still no luck, try to reset the camera to factory defaults and set it up again via the Tapo app to see if the IR LED will be correctly on in the Night Mode.

@Rick1 even after the firmware update the night vision doesn't work. The IR LEDs turn on but the night vision simply doesn't work.

Thank you for the photo, you could try some suggestions here:
1. Try to switch between the night mode and day mode manually and hear if there is a click sound.
2. Shake the camera and see if it will work properly.
If still does not work, it is possible that IR filter got stuck on camera, it is recommend to contact retailer or local support to check warranty.
