@Denisedx I have tried a Guest Wi Fi and no luck.

  @TheRaidenPT  the only way I got it to work was I had to connect it through a wifi extender 

  @TheRaidenPT did you get this resolved?  It seems like nothing is being done about this problem and camera is useless with remote a remote connection.

  @Mushy the only solution that's worked for me was to connect the camera to a wifi extender plug that worked 💯 the other solution was to log into your wifi router and deselect the ipv6 

  @Denisedx thanks for your reply.  I have tried disabling ipv6 and ipv4 but no difference.  I have also disabled DoS but still nothing.  I don't have a extender but tempted to try that to see if that works.  The device should be a simple plug and play and it looks like there are major issues with the firmware.

  @Eustacius did you ever get a solution to this problem as experiencing the same and don't seem to be getting anywhere? 

  @TheRaidenPT same here, going round in circles and camera is likely to be returned if the problem can't be resolved.  I'm guessing you are still in the same situation?

After about a year of correct work, suddenly Tapocam sees a camera offline. Failure appeared a few months ago, probably when the firmware has been downloaded by the camera. All previously given solutions do not work. The connection only works from the local network. Does anyone know what conditions must be met (open ports etc) so that the C210 is visible from the outside?
