When will Kasa smart plugs support 5g

My HS 100 and HS 105 are not 5g compatible big drag now that I have upgraded. I can't ratchet down entire smart home on Alexa to 2.4. Any eta on this?

Hello, we may say sorry that all the smart plugs support the 2.4GHz wireless only, no 5GHz at the moment. You may also check with other brands, I think there is little that supports the 5GHz.
While this is noted and we will report to the related department, they will evaluate the feasibility.
