Firmware Version: Latest

Hi our internet went down, when we managed to get it back up and running the kasa plugs would not work we have disabled them, uninstalled app, re-installed it they show on kasa app, but inly one shows on alexa app, but will still not work, keeps saying not supported, we have enabled them, they show as linked but nothing seems to work any help would be appreciated, thanks Jean

Sorry for the delay.

Are you able to control Kasa plugs on the Kasa APP when the smart phone is over  3/4G network?

Have you tried to change one of the smart plugs device name and ask Alex to discover the device again to see if you are able to control it?

If possible, please also reboot the Amazon Alexa to see If it helped or not;

By the way, what is the model number of your home router?
