Please unplug the power cord and plug it back in, wait for 2mins and make sure camera boots up completely.
With camera powered on, press the reset button for 10 secs and camera should give a voice message saying it is factory resetting, camera will be flashing amber and green after reset.
If camera is solid Red, please check if 'Tapo camera _XXX ' default SSID shows up on your phone/ laptop. If not , it could be a hardware issue on camera, it is recommended to contact local support and retailer to check warranty. Hope this could help~
