Hi all

This is my first post, having just bought the Tapo C310 camera.

I have set this up, with me as the main account and have "shared" the camera with my partner. Everything works fine for both, except we are disappointed to learn that only I, as the main user, can use the microphone function to speak to someone in front of the camera. This seems rather pointless, as it may be my partner who sees the person at the property via the camera, but cannot speak to them. Why is this the case? Is there a work-around to this ridiculous issue?
