Playback & Memory show "no recording"
& on top message "you have reached your device limit for playing this video. Please try later.."
I already turned on microsd recording & set recording schedule 24/7 but no recording clip in Playback & Memory. Microsd show "good"

Thank you for your feedback.
Currently Tapo APP only allows 1 device to watch Playback at the same time, when there is more than 1 device trying to view Playback at that time, the message "you have reached your device limit for playing this video.' will pop up.
( For Live view + RTSP viewing, 2 devices are allowed at the same time. )
