Having just installed my c110 camera, I am finding my way around it. Today, I manually recorded a 24 minute video which played back happily in the Tapo app. However, when I tried to download it to my phone (Samsung A40, Android 11), the created file on the phone was zero bytes. I repeated the operation several times (deleting the 0B file each time) but the result was the same each time ie. a zero byte file. An 11 second video and two snaps transferred ok. Further, I was able to share the 24min file to Google photos which worked. As an experiment, I then recorded ten other videos of varying lengths from 1 minute up to 23 minutes. Videos up to and including 4min:5secs uploaded ok but 5:13 and above gave a zero byte file, all played ok in the app. I also recorded a 10 minute or so file on my iPad which worked ok on upload to the iPad. I don't know if this is an android thing but has any one else seen this problem or have a solution?
