Hi all, So I've had my Tapo C310 installed for about 3 weeks. All has been working well and I can view any recordings whenever I need to no problem. Today though when I tried to access them I got the message "It looks like you've reached your device limit for this recording, please try later"

 

Now I am unable to access any of the previous recordings. 
 

I have a 128gb SD card installed, the camera is set to detection recording only and it is set on loop recording. 
 

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

@RobsonD Hello, 

Currently Tapo APP only allows 1 device to watch Playback at the same time, when there is more than 1 device trying to view Playback at that time, the message "you have reached your device limit for playing this video.' will pop up.  Please check if there is a different phone watching Playback at the same time.
