Hello,

 

I'm having trouble accessing my camera settings from my browser and my TP-LINK Camera Control account. I don't recall changing the default password for the camera. Nevertheless, I am unable to log into the admin account. Is there a way out of this situation? There is no "forgot your password" button and I cannot configure anything.

@Matt_86  Hello, 

Try to resintall Camera control software after that and see if it ask you to create a new Login account. 

You could try a factory reset NC camera , and create a new login password when install it on APP, that will be the password of web UI:

Hello,

 

Thank you for your suggestions, but none of them helped. For unknown reasons, my camera doesn't want to connect to my router - no matter if I'm connecting it through wifi or through the cable. All the time I have blinking red light. Is there something that is needed to be configured in my router ? I didn't have such problems a few months ago - I also haven't changed my router so I don't understand what is wrong right now.

 

This camera wasn't in use a few months, but could it be the reason why it doesn't want to cooperate with my router right now ?
