Tapo care is not uploading to the cloud
Hello, I have the problem that the videos are not uploaded to the cloud for some days now.
Also with C310 and they were all upgraded, including the app.
They are in Continuous recording mode and sd.
So I cannot pay for such a service if you do not give me a solution,

Thank you for starting a new thread, Tapo Cloud viodes requires Tapo care Subscription, may I know is the camera on Tapo care?
1. Check if Motion Detection is triggered:
Confirm Motion Detection is 'ON', and you have set up proper Activity zone & Sensitivity settings as instruction here
How to use motion detection function of my Tapo camera in Tapo app
2. Check Camera Recording Schedule settings (photo below):
Tapo APP Camera Settings > Recording Schedule, Motion Detection recording (Orange) /Continuous recording(Blue), make sure all the time blocks are selected.
3. (for test purpose)Toggle On Camera Alarm from Detection & Alert settings
If there is a motion, will the camera Alarm be triggered? Or Did get any Motion Detection message in Tapo APP -> Message Box(Envelop icon)
If still the same, can you help confirm some case details here:
1. May I know the time range & when the does camera stop recording? How long the camera work fine before
2. Can you share a photo showing no Recording?
3. Model of phone and it's Android/ IOS version?
4. Mac address of your camera (please share Mac by private message)

How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan
2. May I know was any motion triggered 1) : check if you get any Motion Detection message in Tapo APP -> Message Box(Envelop icon)
2) Check Playback if there are any motion detection Clips in Orange Color?
3) (for test purpose)Toggle On Camera Alarm from Detection & Alert settings
If there is a motion, will the camera Alarm be triggered?
If motion is not triggered, please check Motion Detection settings Activity settings include Activity zone & Sensitivity, may I have a photo of it?
