Hello, hope you are all doing well!

I have a C320WS on which I bought cloud storage. It's not working very well. There isn't many videos that are being uploaded to the cloud compared to the video files that are on the SD card. Sometimes someone will pass right in front of the camera and it won't even upload the moment to the cloud.

1. The camera is selected in the premium plan.

2. Motion detection is enabled and working.

3. The firmware is updated.

4. The Wi-Fi connection is stable and strong.

Can anybody help me here? Thanks!

Hi, 
If the motion detection feature is enabled and working and the camera has a stable and strong Wi-Fi connection, you can try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 on your wireless router. 


If the problem remains, please refer to the instructions below to collect the device log, then send the log file to me(you can send me a link via private message to download the log file), and I'll forward your case to the tech team for further analysis.
