It seems like it was already at the highest level (I have not set it to that). However, it is still only noise

I'm not at the same location as the camera at the moment, but can test it later. I have already tested to stand by the camera and speak with the Tapo app on and I could not hear my self in the phone

"May I know where the camera is located can you share a photo of it?"

The camera is placed on a wall closely under the roof. I do not have any picture, but can take a photo next time I'm at the site (will be first in a couple of weeks)

When did you purchase this camera, thank you for help confirming case details.

  @Solla-topee exemple video. On Max volume on the phone one can heat some sound. I try to talk via the Tapo app to the camera and one can hear some sound but mainly noise

Tried to uppladdning a mp4 file 20 times now. Reduced the size to 10 mb but still gets uppload failed. How can I share the example?
