Tapo C100 connects only locally
Hi! i cant connect my Tapo C100 camera through Internet in my smartphone but only locally. I have tried everything related i read on this forum but still cant fix the problem.
My router is ZTE H288A and i am using 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. My smartphone is Xiaomi Redmi 6A and it runs Android Version. The Tapo app is up to date. I deleted the Wi-Fi network and tried it all over from the beginning. It connected again only locally. The router's wireless security is WPA2-PSK. Changed into a different Wi-Fi Channel. I removed Firewall and checked out the parental control settings. Still the problem persists.
The Camera's Date is always wrong. But i read that its solely because i cant connect it to Internet. Any suggestions how to fix the problem?
