KL60 won't hard reset
I tries many times to hard reset a KL60 which was used in a another house by my girlfriend.
However, It seems that I can only do a soft reset, as once i l connect It again It Is still linked to the old account and I cannot add It in Smart actions or operate It remotely.
Anyone can help?

For the model KL60 bulb, try to flip the light switch on and off 10 times to factory reset.

I have tried many times, the bulb blinks at the end but when I connect It again It remains linked to a previous owner. Ser the attached picture in Italian
