Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2

A lot of lag and freeze after the FW upgrade to 1.3.2. Everything used to work smooth before the upgrade. Now the feed is lagging, and the app is 'spinning' like if there were no connection (but there is, and signal is good).

  @GKE

Good day, thank you for posting on TP-Link community. May i know if this problem happens when you're watching the live view, or the playback?

To identify the problem, it will be helpful it you can help to check below information.

1. Does this problem occur only on the remote network (mobile data or other wifi)? Or does the problem occur on both local and remote networks?

2. What's your Tapo APP version? Try to update it if it is not the latest version. (The latest Tapo APP version till now: Android 2.11.43, iOS 2.11.24.)

3. Do you have any VPN enabled on the phone? Try to disable it if any.

4. What's the model and Android/iOS version of your phone?

5. Please send your TP-Link ID and the camera Mac address to me via private message for further analysis.
