Was there anything abnormal during the upgrade? Did the update complete? Note: The camera should be turned on and maintain a stable internet connection during the update, any interruption may cause camera malfunction.
Please make sure you have reset the camera correctly.
Do you remember what the firmware you're trying to update is? What's the previous firmware version?
Can you share the camera Mac address (check device label) with me via PM? We can help to look into it.
