Hi,
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if the SD card is not working fine on the Tapo Cam.
What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?
And if the problem remains, please help confirm the following info.
1) What's the result when testing the SD on a PC and third-party software such as H2testW?
How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards?
2) What format type of the SD card?
Best Regards

If you have the other SD card that is not the LEXAR 633X MicroSDHC UHS-I C10 32 GB, please insert it into the camera and check if it will work.
According to our experience, the SanDisk SD card usually works fine with the Tapo Camera, we do suggest you try this brand if you have one.
