Same for me sad
C110 V2 Hardware 2.0, Firmware 1.3.2.
App version 2.15.511

Tried different UTCs.

If I set  UTC+1, then the time is in the playback video is correct. But here in Germany it is summer time with UTC+2.

If I want to adjust the time, it jumps back 1 hour!

Need help, it is not possible to use playback!

Hi,
About the time issue in the Playback&Memory feature, you can uninstall the Tapo app(3.0.006 beta), and then download the official Tapo app to check if it will solve the problem. And you can also wait for the update of the beta app, and then check if it will solve the problem.

About the issue on your Camera 2:
1. Please go to the Camera Settings page>click on Time Zone and then check if your camera is selected the correct time zone. If not, select the time zone for a try.
2. If there is an SD card inserted into the camera, please remove the SD card, then reboot the camera, and then check if its time will be correct. If yes, insert the SD card into the camera again.

3. Please update the firmware of the camera to the latest one, and send me the camera's FW&HW info.

Best Regards
