Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Last night I had a power outage while my tapo c200 was doing firmware update.

The camera now is stuck with the red led permanently on and I cannot connect to it neither can I reset it.

If I press the reset button for 5 seconds the camera still is stuck with red led permanently on.

Is there any other way to factory reset it or is it bricked now?

Thanks

  @Kapoios

Hi,
In this case, please turn the Tapo C200 off > wait for two minutes > turn it back on and wait for a while > then press and hold on the reset button for 5-10s and check if the LED changes.
If not, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the Tapo C200 is under warranty.

Best Regards
