Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 230324 Rel.143956

I brough TP-Link Tapo P100 (4 pack) yesterday, and collect all 4 pocket in the mobile app successfully, but when I turn off one of the socket in both the apps and physical button, that can't turn off the socket and keep supply the power (even the LED turn off and hear a click sound), could you pleae advice?

Try to factory reset the plug, and see if it helps.

If problem remains the same, this plug may have a hardware issue. In this case, please contact the local TP-Link support or the retailer to proceed warranty.
