Hello,

In the menu detection & push messages

I see: only detection

When I go in the menu all the detections are on.

when I go in the menu activity messages the activity messages are on and all the types are selected and the timing is always.

Why I don't receive any push messages on my iphone?

Hi,
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you can't see the push notifications on your phone.
Why can't I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.

1. On the Tapo app>Home page, tap the Message icon at the top right corner, and can you see the notifications on this page?

2. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? If you test with a different phone, will it receive the push notification properly?
