Vacuum not emptying when connected to dock
I've got a new Tapo RV30 Plus but I can't get it to empty either automatically when it connects to the dock or when selected manually from the app.
When I try the app gives a warning about loud volume, I click ok, the brush does a slight spin, then nothing. The app then pops up with "Robot Vacuum not responding. Please check." Then the vacuum announces thats its charging again.
I've checked the dock is closed properly and the light is not red. The bag is brand nbew and empty. I can't see any blockages (though I've not removed the channel in the dock yet (doing that next).
Any ideas?
Cheers...

Please clarify whether this phenomenon occurs in the auto-emptying only? Or does the manual App control not work either?
Please note that auto-emptying will only be triggered after a certain amount of cleaning time, and will not be executed after every cleaning.

Tapo RV10 Plus is the one that is equipped with an auto-empty dock, while Tapo RV10 doesn't. Please double-check which model you own?

I've got the exact same issue. Did you manage to solve it?
I tried the switching off for 2 min then on again. Still not working. I was wondering if the battery level of the vacuum played a role?

Which case you're encountering? Malfunction with the auto-emptying? Emptying failure even with the App control? Some functions of the device may be affected when the battery is low. Please ensure that your robot vacuum is fully charged before performing cleaning and emptying tasks.
What's the model, hardware, and firmware version of your device?
