Hi all,
I purchased a Tapo C320WS camera in January 2023 and one in August 2023.
I noticed that the one I purchased in August has a different hardware version with more enhanced settings.
My question is, is there a possibility to have the hardware updated on the one I purchased in January 2023?

The hardware version is unable to update, and usually, the new features will be released via firmware updates.
You can share the firmware & hardware versions of your two Tapo C320WS and what enhanced settings you are concerned about on the new version with us, and then I'll forward your inquiries to the related team to improve the Tapo C320WS.
