I purchased tapo c200 2 years back.
Suddenly it stopped moving side ways. Up and down motion is still working fine.
I tried restarting ,factory reset, but no success.
What should I do?

If you can't pan the camera left and right via the Tapo app, please check if you can pan it left and right manually with your hand.
And If you press the reset button on the camera for 10s to reset it to factory default settings, will it pan left and right automatically? How about the system LED status changes during the reset process?
